At Oldewest, we are committed to providing the most reliable and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please refer to the refund and exchange policy below for quick support.
1. Request for return/refund - Implementation process
Step 1: Send a request for return or refund via email to support@oldewest.store within the specified time with the following:
- Order code
- Photo of the product (if defective/damaged/wrong)
- Reason for return/exchange request
Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 working hours to confirm and provide further instructions.
Step 3: Send the product to Oldewest's address (if necessary).
Step 4: Check and proceed with the return or refund according to the policy.
2. Return Conditions—Keep the Oldewest Spirit
To ensure fairness for both customers and the quality of the brand's products, only products that fully meet the following conditions are eligible for return or refund:
- The product is unused, not scratched, not contaminated with strange odors (perfume, smoke, sweat, etc.)
- The jacket still has the original tags, leather labels, packaging that came with the product
- The product is not deformed, wrinkled or damaged due to improper storage
- No returns or exchanges are applicable for products that are made to order (custom size, engraved name...)
- Returned goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during re-shipping
- Oldewest upholds the spirit of "buying as an identity - returning as a person with spirit," so we hope you return the product in the same condition as when you received it.
3. Applicable cases and processing time
a. Product is defective/damaged during shipping
- Conditions: Have photo evidence, request sent within 3 days from the date of receipt
- Support: Exchange for new product or 100% refund
- Processing time: 3–5 working days after receiving the product
b. Wrong product delivered (model, size, color)
- Conditions: Product has not been used, still has original label and packaging, request sent within 7 days from the date of receipt
- Support: Resend the correct product, or full refund if customer does not want to exchange
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after receiving the product
c. Product has not been delivered or is lost
- Conditions: After 10 working days from the date of order confirmation but not received
- Support: Resend new product (if available) or full refund
- Refund time: 3–5 working days
d. Cancel order after placing (not yet shipped)
- Conditions: Submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order
- Support: 100% refund
- Refund time: 2–4 working days
e. In case of return not due to the store's fault (not satisfied with the product)
- Conditions: The product is new and unused, and the request is submitted within 7 days
- Support: Exchange for another product (customer pays 2-way shipping fee)
- Refund not applicable
4. Time to receive refund
- After the refund request is accepted, you will receive the money back via the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank.
5. Refund/return request period
- Each order can only request a refund or return within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
- After this period, no requests will be accepted, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
